The goal of the program is to create a new generation of OpenVMS EXPERTS!

For years the single most common complaint from companies all around the world has been that finding “young, experienced and affordable” OpenVMS people is a very difficult task to accomplish. Remember the days when your OpenVMS Administrators and Programmers were a healthy mix of a few senior people mentoring the energetic but less seasoned personnel? As a result, many companies have been forced to move away from the world’s Ultra Secure, Ultra Stable operating system due to the lack of affordable talent.

BRUDEN•OSSG’s program enables companies to immediately redeploy or hire newer OpenVMS System Administrators or OpenVMS Application Programmers and put them to work day one under the supervision of BRUDEN•OSSG professionals.

This offering will allow your company to train up to four people over a six month period at your site, utilizing your systems, on your day to day, week to week and month to month processing and procedures. BRUDEN•OSSG will be at your site one week a month providing customized consulting and training designed by BRUDEN•OSSG staff as well as being there side by side with your personnel as they perform their day to day tasks. BRUDEN•OSSG will also be available throughout the month for telephone and remote support for as little or as much help as required to keep your operations and systems running at their maximum efficiency.
