SEMINAR REGISTRATION

HOW TO REGISTER
Registration for the one-day technical seminars can be made by:
- FAXING OR POSTAL MAILING YOUR REGISTRATION FORM after printing out either the Word Doc or Text file and completing your registration and payment information on the form.
- E-MAILING YOUR REGISTRATION FORM after downloading the Text file and entering your registration and payment information on the form.
- ON-LINE REGISTRATION not available for seminars at this time.
Registration can also be made onsite at the day of the event but there is no guarantee of space availability, so make sure to register early!

REGISTRATION POLICY
1. DEADLINE FOR CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION - Cancellations for registration must be received no later than February 15th. Notice of cancellations can be sent by e-mail to events@encompasscanada.org
2. TRANSFER OF REGISTRATION - If you are unable to attend the seminar but wish to send someone in your place, please provide your colleague or new participant with a letter indicating the change of registration. The new person attending the seminar will need to present your letter onsite when checking in at the seminar registration desk.
3. ONSITE REGISTRATION - On the day of the seminar, the registration desk will be open between 7:30 am to 8:30 am to accept onsite registration. To register onsite, you will need to complete and submit the registration form at the desk. Blank registration forms will be available at the desk. |
